not all Mephisto sandals are the same...I received my Mephisto Agacia Thong sandals promptly and in perfect condition. However, if you have had the Helen Mephisto sandal, this is not the same as far as the arch support. I have 4 pr. of the Helen style, and I was looking for a different style to buy this year. The price was great, so I tried these. They are soft leather, fit perfectly, and have soft insoles. I was disappointed to see that these have only about half the arch support as the Helen style.
